ACTS 19:2 He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost.

“If you haven't received the Holy Spirit since you believed, there's something wrong somewhere. God gives everybody, every believer the baptism of the Holy Spirit. That's right. That's the confirmation of your faith. Abraham believed God by faith, true. But God give him the seal of circumcision as a confirmation of his faith. And Ephesians 4:30 says, "Grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed until the day of your redemption." So the seal of the confirmation of your faith is the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
